Privacy Policy
This notice describes the processing of personal data carried out through the EcoStock corporate website, in particular data voluntarily submitted through the contact form for business and professional enquiries.

2. Data processed
- Contact and identification data: name, company, email address, telephone number and role/category selected in the form.
- Business information: material or requirement indicated and any information voluntarily entered in the message.
- Technical navigation data: data that web servers normally process when delivering a website, such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser/user-agent and response status, according to the configuration of the hosting provider.
Please do not submit special-category personal data or information that is not necessary for the business enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases

The checkbox next to the form is an acknowledgement that this Privacy Policy has been read; it is not intended as consent where processing is based on the legal grounds above.
4. Provision of data
Fields marked as required are necessary to send and manage the enquiry. Failure to provide them prevents the form from being submitted. Other fields are optional.
5. Processing methods and recipients
Data are processed using electronic and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the service. Data may be handled by authorised personnel and by service providers acting, where applicable, as processors under Article 28 GDPR, such as hosting, email/SMTP and technical maintenance providers. Data are not disclosed to the public.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
The final production hosting and email/SMTP providers have not yet been configured in this development package. Before publication, EcoStock must verify whether any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area and, where applicable, document the relevant safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.
7. Retention
Contact-form data are kept only for the time necessary to manage the enquiry and any subsequent business relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable legal, accounting or defence requirements. Technical server logs are retained according to the production hosting provider's security configuration. Before publication, the controller should align these periods with its actual internal and supplier retention settings.
8. Data subject rights
Where the conditions set by the GDPR apply, data subjects may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and may withdraw consent where a processing activity is actually based on consent. Requests may be sent to ecostock.srl@pec.it.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
9. Automated decision-making
The website does not use the contact-form data for automated decision-making or profiling.
10. Cookies and external resources
For information on cookies and similar technologies, please see the Cookie Policy. The current development version loads the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts; this external resource must be reviewed in the final production configuration, or preferably self-hosted, before publication.
11. Changes
This notice may be updated when the production infrastructure, contact delivery system or third-party services change. The version published on this page is the applicable version for the website at that time.
