Cookie Policy
This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the EcoStock corporate website. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text strings that a website or third-party service may store on the user's device and read again during subsequent visits. Similar results may be achieved through other tracking technologies.
2. Current website configuration
In the package delivered for development, EcoStock does not intentionally install analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media tracking tools. No cookie banner is therefore implemented in this package. This assessment must be repeated on the production website after the final hosting, SMTP, fonts and any additional services have been configured.
3. Technical cookies
If the production infrastructure uses cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service explicitly requested by the user or to ensure technical operation/security, they may be used without prior consent, while remaining subject to the applicable transparency requirements.
4. Analytics, profiling and other non-essential tools
If analytics, advertising, profiling or other non-essential tracking tools are added in the future, they must not be activated before the required consent has been obtained. The website will then need an appropriate consent-management mechanism and this policy must be updated.
5. Google Fonts in the development package
The current development pages request the Montserrat font from Google Fonts. This is an external network resource rather than a cookie installed by EcoStock, but it may involve a connection to a third-party server. Before publication, the configuration should be reviewed; self-hosting the font files is preferable where the goal is to avoid this external request.
6. Browser controls
Users can manage or delete cookies using their browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies, if any are introduced by the production infrastructure, may affect certain website functions.

8. Updates
This policy must be updated whenever the technologies used by the production website change. The actual cookies and trackers present on the published domain should be verified before go-live and after material technical changes.
